Dawakosh.com is a Web portal for alternative medicine, founded by medical professionals with more than 105 years of combined experience.

The portal offered a wide variety of alternative medicines and a consultation service for the well-being of buyers.

The Challenge we had?

A user can find Alternative Medicines, Remedies, and get online consultations if they have health problems on Dawakosh.com. The website was created to serve as an extensive listing of all 'Alternative Medicines' on the market. The medicines were organized by Ailments, Categories, Brands, or Types of Medicines, making navigation very straightforward. To enable buyers to make an informed decision, all disease-related products and treatments were listed.

We are still working on the product list, easy navigation, and buying check here concepts. By paying a fee, a buyer could consult an expert live on the web portal's 'Consult Our Experts' section.

Introducing the Resolution

A theme design was created after brainstorming the requirements of the project so that it was easy to navigate and clean enough to display the medicines and the required information.

Registered buyers can save remedies in their accounts for future reference and administrators can post remedies and images in the 'Remedies' section of the website.

Creating the 'Consult our Experts' section was a major challenge. In order to start a consultation, the buyer would have to choose a category. In order to get started, he can enter his information and pay the consultation fee. A consultant can also be enrolled and specified by an admin. An expert will be assigned to the booked consultation and a meeting will be scheduled by the admin.
